Return Policy
At Vivaly, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve made returns simple and free.
Return Conditions:
- You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Vivaly – you don’t pay anything.
How to Return a Product:
- Contact us at contact@vivalystyle.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.
- Drop off your package at a local drop-off point or mailbox.
- Once your return is received and inspected (within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund or exchange, according to your preference.
Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds are made via the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt of the return.
- If you prefer an exchange, indicate this when contacting contact@vivalystyle.com. The shipping costs for the new item are also free.
